Condition: Very good condition. Deckle edges preserved on all four sides. Slight thinning of the paper on the verso, without consequence on the recto. Unframed.

Period: after a 1964 gouache; engraved and printed by Jacques David, Paris, April 1974

Published by Galerie Cavalero, Cannes, with the consent of Madame Serge Poliakoff, in an edition of 150 numbered impressions.

A posthumous edition issued five years after the artist’s death by the Cannes gallery that had exhibited Poliakoff during his lifetime; it renders the interlocking flat colour planes of his gouaches of the 1960s.
