Large lithograph on paper.

Deutsche Sportausschuß (DS)’s monogram printed on the plate lower left margin.

Freie Deutsche Gewerkschaftsbund (FDGB) & Freie Deutsche Jugend (FDJ)’s logos printed on the plate top left.

Dimensions :
+ Size of the sheet: 85,5 x 60,5 cm / 33,6 x 23,8 in.
+ Size of the image: 82 x 57,5 cm / 32,2 x 22,6 in.

Condition: In overall good condition, with some soft handling creases, some light folds, and some minor tears at the edges. Some notable vertical and horizontal folds, some slight discoloration, and two tiny pinholes on the image (check the pictures for some instances). Image very clean otherwise.

Please note that the last picture is a simulation only, the artwork is NOT framed.

Published on the occasion of the October 1, 1950 car and motorcycle race at Dessau.

The race was organized by the German Sport Committee (Deutsche Sportausschuß) & the Dessau Motorsport Association, in collaboration with the FDGB and the FDJ.
