Plate from the posthumous portfolio published by Ed. Strache in 1920, two years after the artist’s death — a suite of 15 collotypes reproducing Schiele’s drawings of 1910–1918, executed by the renowned Viennese collotype workshop of Max Jaffé. This sheet reproduces a late portrait study of 1918, the final year of the artist’s life. The sheet is mounted onto its original grey card as issued. This impression is an original collotype from the first and only edition, not a later reprint or copy. A copy of the edition justification (justificatif de tirage) will be provided.
