The set includes :

– Lithograph menu by Kees Van Dongen :
“Monsieur Perez-Jorba. Honneur et patrie. Menu pour le banquet des amis de Louis Jou du 19 décembre, restaurant Lapérouse, 1927”.
Menu with a drawing by Van Dongen, printed on Montval paper, gifted by Mr. Gaspard Maillol.
This was created for the friends of Louis Jou, attending the banquet on December 19th, 1927.
The banquet, held at the Lapérouse restaurant, was presided over by Louis Barthou. Each menu is personalized, this one being of M. Perez-Jorba.
Plate-signed lower left.
Text printed in French inside the menu.

Condition: -Menu : in overall good condition with several discoloration stains on the margins and one minor fold on the lower left edge. Some damp marks inside the menu. – Lithograph : in overall good condition with some notable stains on the lower margin. Image very clean otherwise.
