Yves Guérin directed the Palais de la Méditerranée in Nice, then the Casino de Dinard, and later associated himself with the exhibitions of the Espace Blanche de Castille at Poissy; between 1963 and 2006 he gathered in a single album some sixty original works drawn and dedicated to him by the artists he received.
Description: Trained at the École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts in Paris in the studio of Roger Chapelain-Midy — himself represented in the same guest book, where he dedicated a watercolour in memory of his exhibition at the Palais de la Méditerranée — Michel Henry belongs to the École de Paris and built his reputation on flower pieces and still lifes.
