Signed on the plate with the artist’s ink-stamped lower right margin.

Numbered in pencil 14/200 and signed in pencil by the artist’s Wife, “Georgette Magritte”.

With BFK Rives watermark on the upper right margin.

Dimensions:
+ Size of the sheet: 71.7 x 52 cm / 28.2 x 20.5 in.
+ Size of the image: 56.3 x 43 cm / 22.2 x 16.9 in.

Condition: In overall good condition with minor stains in the margins, soft handling creases at edges and one minor fold on the lower right corner. One minor tear restored on the left border margin with some adhesive on the back. Image very clean otherwise with vivid colors. Please note that the last picture is a simulation only, the artwork is NOT framed.

Printed after a painting by Magritte from 1945 of a woman’s torso doubling as a woman’s face.
