Condition: Good condition. Light, even toning of the sheet. A few faint spots in the upper margin.
Period: printed c. 1902 after the decorative panels Les Fleurs of 1898.
This plate reduces two of the four panels of Les Fleurs, one of Mucha’s most famous decorative series, issued by his publisher Champenois. Documents d’Atelier was a portfolio of Art Nouveau models intended for decorators and craftsmen, and the Mucha plates from it are the most sought after.
